Agent environments
Understand the connection between Invokeable and the product being assessed.
An agent environment tells Invokeable where an assessment can run. It includes the product connection and the workspace that is safe to use for testing.
Use a test workspace
Assessment runs can create or change records. Connect a workspace that does not contain live customer data.
Readiness
An environment can appear in one of these states:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ready | The connection passed its checks and can run assessments |
| Needs setup | A required connection or permission is missing |
| Unavailable | Invokeable cannot reach the product right now |
What belongs here
- The product or agent surface being assessed
- The test workspace selected for runs
- The permissions needed to complete the chosen journeys
