Learn what a finding records and how it relates to an assessment result.
A finding records a product problem that affected an assessment. It connects the observed behavior to the evidence collected during the run.
Severity
| Severity | Sample interpretation |
|---|---|
| Critical | The task caused serious harm or crossed a safety boundary |
| High | The customer could not complete an important task |
| Medium | The task completed with a meaningful failure or confusing detour |
| Low | The problem was limited and did not block the final result |
A passed run can still contain useful evidence
A successful outcome means the expected state was verified. Review the timeline when you need to understand how the agent reached it.
Missing evidence is not a pass
If Invokeable cannot verify the result, the run remains unresolved even when the agent reports success.
