Run an assessment
Preview the customer flow for starting an assessment and checking its progress.
Open a journey
Go to Journeys and select the task you want to assess.
Check readiness
Confirm that the journey has a ready agent environment and a result that Invokeable can verify.
Start the run
Select Run assessment. Invokeable opens the run view and records progress as each step completes.
Wait for verification
A run is not complete until Invokeable checks the resulting product state. Do not treat the agent's final message as proof by itself.
Run states
| State | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Running | Follow the live timeline or leave the page |
| Verifying | Wait while Invokeable checks the result |
| Completed | Review the outcome and evidence |
| Stopped | Read the reason and start a new run when ready |
